Exercise safely with Pilates and Yoga, honouring the physiological changes taking place in the body and to assist recovery from 9 months of pregnancy, birthing and all that comes with caring for a baby.
Learn how to look after posture and strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles and gain an understanding of how their abdominal muscles were fairing at the time.
Understand the importance of rest and relaxation and learn useful breathing and meditation techniques to boost mood and energy.
A light refreshment break and lunch was included which gave our mums chance to meet and chat with other like-minded postnatal and expecting mums.
Our aim was for everyone to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and empowered!
