Participants planted the seeds of a regular Yoga practice that fits in with their goals and lifestyle. We moved through a sequence of postures and offered various modifications so that everyone was able to come into postures in a way that worked best for their bodies.
We also drew from Yoga wisdom to support a regular and consistent yoga practice.
The session encouraged us to all to reconnect with the healthy intentions we set at the start of the year and we connected as a group while enjoying light refreshments.
